Dentistry in Motion’s mission is to provide residents in assisted and independent living communities with in-house routine dental care and prevent foreseeable dental emergencies.
We are a locally owned mobile dental practice, providing excellent care to the senior citizens of Atlanta, GA, and the surrounding communities: DeKalb, Gwinnett, Fulton, Douglas, Cobb, Forsyth, Henry, Clayton, Barrow, and Rockdale.
With us, there is no need to worry about transporting elderly patients to a dentist’s office! We are a mobile practice allowing us to directly come to our patients and even treat them at their bedside if they are unable to walk or get out of bed.
Meet the Doctor
Monica L. Bolds, DDS
Dr. Bolds has been active in the dental profession over 20 years. Cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery have been her passions.
She has practiced in a variety of settings from mobile school programs to military soldier readiness programs, as well as missions’ programs to help people living in impoverished conditions.
She is an avid tennis player and pickle baller, competes in various leagues and tournaments.

We are unique in our delivery of dental service because we place a big emphasis on preventative care and maintenance.
We understand that our seniors need dental care, and we want to be a major force in how dental care is provided to them.
Keep our patients' teeth clean and decay-free
Prevent pain and discomfort by seeing patients on a regular basis
Monitor any decline in oral hygiene
Ensure patients can maintain their oral nutrition with ease of chewing and swallowing
Monitor oral tissues for denture sores, oral infections, and sharp or broken teeth
Eliminate any problems that cause disease and discomfort
Treat patients with respect and dignity
Understand that medical status can influence treatment
